For 17 years the current owners thoroughly enjoyed this yacht. As only the third owners, they are now prepared to have another lucky owner enjoy making memories and having epic adventure aboard her.
The old saying that the happiest days of owning a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it, absolutely does not apply with this couple. They truly love this boat. Rather than selling her, they feel they are putting her up for adoption in hopes she goes to a good home.
If you are seeking a roomy, luxurious and quality boat, perhaps this 52' Jefferson would be a great addition to your family.
Be sure to view the 360 Degree Immersive Virtual Tour. It's the next best thing to actually stepping aboard.

Accommodatioms
The accommodations on this 52' Jefferson are superb and features 4 roomy Staterooms and 3 heads. The interior joinery work on this yacht is of a quality rarely seen on newer boats. The lavish use of high quality teak is artistically crafted and varnished to create a warm and inviting interior.
One of the main focal points of the Jefferson 52 is the large Aft Sundeck, which features comfortable outdoor furniture to provide ample seating for casual conversations while enjoying unobstructive views of the water. A small table with two chairs is a nice place for the captain and mate to enjoy a meal of play cards. A large wet bar with a granite countertop is a perfect place to prepare libations and features a refrigerator and ice maker. A robust fiberglass hardtop covers the sundeck and can accommodate the weight of a dinghy. Wing doors port and starboard lead to the foredeck.
Aft of the Sundeck is The Cockpit, which makes handling stern lines easier and safer. A door in the transom leads to the swim platform. This platform allows for easy access into or out of the water or a dinghy.
Up a few steps from the sundeck is The Flybridge with the helm station located to starboard. In front of the helm is a forward facing bench seat. Another bench seat is located to port. The radar arch is hinged so that it can be folded down to minimize the air draft.
The Main Salon includes an L-shaped settee to port. Opposite is the lower Helm with a door that allows fast and easy access to the deck. The Galley is located aft to port and features wood block countertops, an induction stove top and a refrigerator and freezer.
Aft of the main salon is a hallway that leads to a Office/ Stateroom to port and a day head to starboard.
All the way aft is the Owner's Stateroom that features a Queen size center island berth, abundant hanging lockers and drawers. The Ensuite Head has a separate stall shower with a shower tower that provide multiple shower heads to provide the ultimate in relaxation.
Forward of the main salon is a Guest Stateroom to port with double pullman berth. Opposite is the Forward Head with a separate stall shower. All the way forward is Guest Stateroom with overlapping port and starboard single berths.
