Originally Capt. Jacks Yacht Brokerage the company was purchased by Bill Gutknecht the the sales manager of 10 years and renamed Preferred Yacht Sales in 1997.

Finding the right vessel can be a challenge. Utilizing state-of-the-art computerized MLS as well as numerous contacts in the marine community we match each buyers unique specification with the right yacht. But, our job is not complete. We continue to assist our clients with all aspects of the purchase from surveys, financing, insurance, and documentation to final delivery. Our brokers are licensed, bonded, and adhere to the Florida Yacht Brokers Association and the Yacht Architects and Brokers Association Code of Ethics.
